I didn't become familiar with The Herbaliser's music until a little over a year ago, thanks to my friend Mike. I met him while I was in NYC and I heard a few cuts from this album, Take London. I liked what I heard and proceeded to seek out more music from the group. Little did I know that Jean Grae had been working with them for a while, first as What? What?, then later by the name most of us know her as.
